ONE Body & Soul PT have been doing Outdoor Group Fitness sessions for over 10 years now and overtime have the support from an amazing Squad of men and woman. We have a lot of mumma’s in our community that are either returning from having babies and learning to balance life and exercise again or we are working mums trying to wear 100 hats and still find time for ourselves in our busy days.

We focus on health and fitness and changing peoples lives. Helping them laugh more, enjoy life and radiate health and energy.
If you have small children no problem, they are invited to. Our classes cater for all fitness levels and ages. No stone left unturned at ONE Body & Soul.

      FAQs

      I run my classes in central locations around Geraldton, close to kids playground areas. When the weather is perfect you will enjoy the beach workouts which include the water.
      There is a before-work session at 5.45 am (finishes at 6.30am), 9.15 am session (finishes 10 am) and a 6 pm session (finishes at 6.45 pm). Check our timetable out.
      To keep the cost to a minimum to attend I do not provide creche facilities but I will help out where ever possible. Otherwise, your child is able to run freely around our class. They love it and soon enough they will be copying your moves at home. ” If it wasn’t for Sheree’s encouragement to bring the kids, I’d still be thinking about it. They love it.” C.Barndon.
      If you find that you need a break during a session your welcome to do so. If you have an injury and you can’t do a certain movement, I encourage you to modify. I have many different ages and fitness levels attend my sessions, if you require more personalized attention then you could always look into the mentoring & personal training services.
      I am a mother of 3 girls and I know what it is like to balance children and working out. I also understand that for so long, our children have had our attention as soon as they wanted something. They will behave funny at first in the class as they like to interrupt your sessions because that’s what they are used to. However, over time, your child will learn that “this is your time” and soon they will be copying you and watching you as you workout. What a great life lesson for your child. Exercise is important, so show them the way!!!
